- AI-generated legal analysis, contract language, or regulatory interpretation
- AI-generated financial recommendations, analysis, or compliance content
- AI-generated hiring decisions, screening results, or HR recommendations
- AI-generated insurance assessments, claims analysis, or pricing outputs
- AI-generated educational content, assessments, or admissions decisions
- Any AI-generated content where accuracy, safety, or compliance matters
3. Prohibited Content
You may not submit:
- Content designed to harass, threaten, or harm individuals
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content exploiting minors
- Content promoting terrorism or violent extremism
- Malware, phishing content, or other malicious code
- Content that violates intellectual property rights of third parties
- Spam or content submitted for purposes other than AI output verification
4. Sensitive Data
If your AI outputs contain sensitive data (PHI, PII, financial records, legal case details), you are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have legal authority to share this data for review purposes
- Redacting or anonymizing data where possible before submission
- Maintaining appropriate data processing agreements with your own users/patients/clients
- Complying with HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and any other applicable data protection laws
5. Volume and Patterns
Unusual submission patterns may trigger review:
- Extremely high volume of identical or near-identical submissions
- Submissions that appear designed to test or probe the risk engine rather than verify genuine AI outputs
- Automated submissions without a genuine AI verification use case
6. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in: warning, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, or legal action. We will notify you of violations when possible before taking action.
